Only about two and a half months until Convention! If you missed the Early Bird Registration, there’s still time to sign up. This year, you have a few ticket options: you can register for the full event ($250), purchase a social-only ticket ($125), or grab CE-only tickets ($75/session).
Registering is easy! Just head to the WVAR website and click the Calendar tab, and scroll down to WVAR Convention 2025. Follow the instructions and once you’re registered, you’ll receive a link to book your hotel room at the discounted group rate. Our block is limited, so we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible.
While the official schedule isn’t out yet, we did release the tentative schedule a couple weeks ago. You’ll be happy to see that many of your favorite events are still on the agenda, with some exciting new additions. You can count on another fun RPAC event, our Installation celebration, pre- and post-parties, and something brand new: a Vendor Appreciation event.
I’ll share more details as they’re finalized. In the meantime, don’t forget: this year’s Installation theme is Masquerade. We can’t wait to see your outfits and those gorgeous masks!
