EPBR Hosts 38th Annual Top Producer Club and Awards Banquet

The Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® held its 38th Annual Top Producer Club and Awards Banquet at The Venue by Brix in Martinsburg. This year, a record-breaking 251 members submitted applications, making it our largest group ever. All were welcomed into the club in recognition of their hard work and achievements in 2024.

We were proud to welcome 39 first-time members to the club, along with 22 new inductees into the prestigious Hall of Fame. To qualify for the Hall of Fame, members must have been part of the Top Producer Club for five years.

Special recognition was also given to members who went above and beyond in their service and dedication:

– Adam Ware – 2025 Affiliate of the Year
– Rick Gamache – 2025 Rookie REALTOR® of the Year
– Erin Alter – 2025 REALTOR® of the Year
– Amy Cooper – 2025 Humanitarian of the Year
