My goals for 2026 are to increase involvement for members on committees. Also, I think it is important for all REALTORS to show our value, to debunk the myth that GPT chat has all the answers and that there is no real purpose for actual human LOCAL REALTORS®. We have local challenges that require increasing our visibility within the community by fundraising for causes, laboring in the community and raising awareness of the importance of home ownership. As for our the Board we need to update forms and our Handbook. This is an endeavor, with the ever-changing rules and regulations we need to focus on our documents to ensure they are up-to-date in all areas that protect us, as well as buyers and sellers.
