President Jennifer Hagerty

My name is Jennifer Hagerty. As I begin my 2026 term as President of the Morgantown Board of Realtors, I am honored to serve an organization made up of hardworking, dedicated professionals who care deeply about our industry and our community. Being a Realtor in Morgantown means more than facilitating contracts and closings. It means helping individuals and families begin new chapters in their lives. Every set of keys handed over represents opportunity, stability, and growth. What we do matters, and the relationships we build, with our clients and with one another, are at the heart of our success. This year, my focus centers on three key goals: connection, growth, and giving back.

Connection means strengthening relationships among Realtors and our valued affiliates. By fostering collaboration, professionalism, and mutual respect, we create a stronger network that ultimately benefits the clients we serve.

Growth means encouraging greater member involvement — attending meetings, participating in events, serving on committees, and stepping into leadership roles. An engaged membership strengthens our board and advances our profession.

Giving back reflects our commitment to the Morgantown community. Through outreach, volunteerism, and service, we can continue to be positive ambassadors for real estate. I am excited for the year ahead and confident that together, we will accomplish great things.
