2025 was an unforgettable year for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®, and serving as your State President has truly been the honor of a lifetime. My goal this year was simple: quietly bring a sense of calm back to the organization, give everyone room to breathe, and create the space we needed to reset, refocus, and prepare for what comes next. Along the way, we still managed to get a few big wins across the finish line—like bringing back the Tech Hotline (because who among us hasn’t needed a lifeline at least once?) and launching the Tether Real Estate Safety App statewide to help protect our members.

Through it all, our REALTORS® showed up with heart, humor, grit, and that unmistakable West Virginia spirit. We laughed, we learned, we linked arms, and we moved forward together with purpose! If 2025 proved anything, it’s that when this association works in unity, we are strong, steady, and ready for every next chapter.

Here’s to continuing the journey—calmly, confidently, and with One Voice.
