As the holiday season approaches, we have a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of teenage boys and girls in need. This December, as part of our Quarterly Meeting, we are organizing a Christmas Gift Drive to support Youth Services System, Inc. (YSS), a vital organization dedicated to addressing the complex needs of youth at serious risk.

**About Youth Services System, Inc. (YSS):**
Since 1974, YSS has been a beacon of hope, reaching over 60,000 youth through shelter, residential, community-based, and professional services. Their commitment to improving the physical and emotional well-being of young individuals is evident in their work addressing the debilitating effects of abuse, addiction, and trauma. YSS builds the skills and connections necessary for success, making a lasting impact on the lives of youth, adults, families, and the community.

**How Can You Contribute?**
During our upcoming meeting, we invite each attending agent to bring Christmas gifts for teenage boys and girls. These gifts will be donated to YSS, supporting their mission to create a positive and nurturing environment for those in need.

**Types of Gifts Needed:**
Consider age-appropriate gifts that can bring joy and comfort to teenagers facing challenging circumstances. Clothing, books, art supplies, and electronics, balls, nail polish, and body sprays are all excellent choices.

**Drop-off Details:**
We will have designated drop-off points at the meeting venue for your convenience. Let’s come together as a real estate community and make a difference in the lives of these young individuals.

Beyond the gift drive, consider sharing this initiative on your social media platforms, encouraging your colleagues and friends to join us in spreading holiday cheer.
