2026 WVAR President

Alisa learned how wonderful West Virginia was after relocating to Morgantown from NY several years ago. Real estate has become an engaging career for Alisa since she started in 2014.  After many years of being a successful salesperson, Alisa is now managing multiple offices for Old Colony REALTORS.

Alisa has become very involved in the local and WV state REALTOR® boards. Whether it is being a member of or chairing a committee, or holding an office, she is always active in the professional community. Some of her contributing roles include MBOR local director and committee member/chair, WVAR state director and multiple WVAR committees member/chair, WVAR Leadership Academy graduate. She currently serves as the President of WV REALTOR Relief.

One of Alisa’s proudest achievements was being chosen as WVAR 2021 REALTOR® of the Year. She looks forward to continuing to serve her professional community and collaborate with her peers.

2026 WVAR President Elect

Melissa Hornbeck, Associate Broker is affiliated with Old Colony REALTORS and an award-winning REALTOR®. She has over 20 years in a real estate career spanning Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and her home state of West Virginia.

Melissa’s approach begins with the belief that each client and transaction is unique. From there, she focuses on competence, accountability, and ingenuity. Listening to her customers’ perspectives, clearly defining their expectations and aspirations, and guiding them accordingly is how she moves clients toward their happy endings.

With a gregarious personality and commitment to community, Melissa is highly respected in North Central West Virginia, in the real estate community, and beyond. She has served on local and state boards in both Maryland and West Virginia and is a multiple recipient of both National Sales Excellence and Quality Service awards.

2026 WVAR Vice President

Eric Riggleman is life-long resident of the state of WV residing in Mineral County. After many years in the food-service and retail industries, he became a Realtor® affiliated with Coldwell Banker Home Town Realty in Keyser, WV in 2021 and is dually licensed to service clients in both WV and MD. He graduated from Potomac State College with his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Eric hit the ground running with his involvement in both local and state boards. Achievements include being a 2024 Leadership Academy graduate, 2024 WVAR Rising Star, as well as the 2024 Realtor Champion for local board PHBR.  He has served in many capacities at the local board including Director, Vice-President/President Elect and will be the 2026 Board President. He has served as a State Director for WVAR representing his local board and been involved on the state level with various committees. Eric currently serves on the Professional Standards committee, Education committee, Chair of the Membership & Board Policy committee and Vice-Chari of the WVRPAC committee. He has been an RPAC Major Investor for 3 consecutive years.

Eric is very passionate about community involvement. He was voted “Best Local Agent” in both 2024 and 2025 by Mineral News & Tribune. He volunteers for many organizations at any chance he can get. Currently, he is a member of the Mineral County Chamber of Commerce, a Board member for Mineral County CASA, Board member for The Red Cross Allegheny Highlands Chapter, WVU Alumni Association of PSC, volunteers with the Rotary Club of Keyser, and has served the last 5 years as a board member for the Keyser Youth Football league. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, partner and 3 Dachshunds – Sam, Lucy and Daisy.

2026 WVAR Treasurer

Josh White is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Stuart & Watts, proudly serving the Lewisburg, WV area and surrounding communities. A native of Lewisburg, Josh is deeply committed to contributing to the growth and success of his hometown through exceptional service in the real estate industry.
With over five years of experience, Josh has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his clients. His accomplishments include being named REALTOR® of the Year by the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS® in 2023 and receiving the Rising Star Award in 2022. He is a graduate of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and holds several industry designations, including ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute).
Josh actively contributes to the real estate profession beyond his client work. He has served on various local and state-level committees, including Professional Standards, Convention Committee, Public Relations, and as a Board Director with the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, Josh is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether he’s running trails, playing golf, or enjoying walks with his dog, Cooper, he values staying active and connected to nature. He has completed two marathons (2018 and 2023), underscoring his passion for fitness and personal discipline.

2026 WVAR Secretary 

Jill Allman is a full-time REALTOR® who began her real estate career in 2009 in Lewisburg, WV, in the beautiful Greenbrier Valley. She and her husband, Greg, are the proud owners of Greenbrier Real Estate Service, which serves clients throughout Southern West Virginia.

A Virginia native, Jill is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, majoring in Interior Design. Before transitioning into real estate, she gained more than 20 years of hospitality experience working with two world-class resorts—The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs and The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.

Jill has been an active member of the real estate community for more than 15 years. She is a member of the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS®, where she has served as a Director on both the local and state boards, as well as in numerous leadership roles—including President of the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS®. In addition, she is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS® and continues to expand her knowledge through advanced training, earning designations such as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), and MRP (Military Relocation Professional). Her peers recognized her as the “Favorite REALTOR®” in 2013, and in 2022 she was honored as the West Virginia State REALTOR® of the Year.

At Greenbrier Real Estate Service, Jill manages all promotion, advertising, and public relations. She is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect home and is known for her commitment to excellence and the high standards she sets in serving others.

2026 WVAR Past President

Josh McGrath is a life-long resident of WV, an auto enthusiast, speaker, investor and entrepreneur. Josh started selling real estate immediately upon graduation from high school at just 18 years old.   In 2001 he formed a top producing team listing and selling real estate.   In 2005 Josh became the broker/owner of Real Estate Central in Charleston, WV.   Real Estate Central has now grown to 7 offices and 100+ REALTORS and is one of the leading Real Estate agencies in central West Virginia.

In June of 2020, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Josh affiliated the company with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to become the first and only BHGRE company in the state! They have also received the Best in the Valley Award from the Charleston Newspaper for the past 4 years running!  Josh currently holds his license in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and North and South Carolina.  Josh and his team founded the organization, REC Kickin’ Cancer and since 2011 has been raising money for agents fighting cancer, annually this event raises $15-20k.  As a two-time Local REALTOR of the year, 2007 and 2013 and past President of the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS Josh is serving as the Vice- President of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS. Josh has previously and continues to serve and chair multiple state and local committees.

In 2016 Josh was awarded the 40 under 40 award by the West Virginia State Journal’s Generation Next, the State REALTOR of the Year and represented West Virginia at the National Convention. Josh was named Young Guns Class of 2020 by the West Virginia Executive Magazine and then in 2022 was selected out of 1.5 Million REALTORS for the National Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy and serves on the Broker Engagement Council for NAR.  Josh is a huge advocate of RPAC and its importance to the REALTOR industry and is currently in the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame.  Josh loves traveling around the country Speaking/Motivating agents on Real Estate Success Strategies and spending his free time in Holden Beach, NC or Davis WV.
